Is it possible to make your own color (wool, sheep, banner, etc.)

This is not possible currently, the only way to do it is by hand, coding a new bed or extending from the original classes that the game uses i guess. Sadly it cannot be done yet, i've added a custom dye to my mod but it can only be used with some items from my mod and with wool (that i myself made)
