ID block for WorldEdit

Is it possible to assign a special ID to a block. The fact is that WorldEdit cannot use such an ID "4194". Thank. (Translator Text)

IDs are an old, outdated system used in versions before 1.13 and it is not possible to assign an ID to blocks anymore.
