How do I Make When You Equip Armor It adds Slowness to The Equipper

So i have had 20 minutes of research and i have tried this one way but I'm not doing it right.  so please send a picture of what it should look like

Go into the triggers for your armor and there, for each item, select a procedure that will give the effect to the player for a couple seconds.
