Hello!! I'm starting a mod and I would like the help of everyone who can help !! my idea is to create a chisel and bits in mcreator, with my own custom blocks, but i can't do that without codes. I already tried to create a model in the blockbench, but it would occupy the entire block, and would not decrease the size of the block, which is the idea. I also chose to download the mod and base it myself, but I don't understand Java, so I'm not sure what to do. could someone who knows the subject help me with this? Thanks in advance and I say that I will put a guide of collaborators with everyone who helps !!!
Not possible. Chisel and Bits and similar mods are really, really, really complicated, pretty much completely overriding how Vanilla blocks work.

Hello, I am also trying to create crafting recipes for bits from the chisel and bits mod. I don't know how to find the IDs I need to do this though. any chance you could help me find that or figure out how to do crafting recipes for that mod
I'm pretty sure that there is only one ID for every bit, this makes it a lot harder to create crafting recipes for individual bits, I'm sorry I'm not able to provide more help, but what you are asking to do is surprisingly difficult.
