Dimension Failing to Compile

I created a dimension and gave it some placeholder vanilla blocks and biomes so I could create the actual biomes and blocks later, but the mod now continuously tells me that it failed to compile. Every time I click Regenerate Code, it fails again. I selected for it to not have a portal, and it doesn't have any procedures attached to it.
