Help with Emissive Block Rendering

Hello, I'm having an issue getting emissive block rendering to work in-game.

Inside of my block's mod element, I have checked "Enable emissive rendering (glow)" under "Properties", which I understand is supposed to make a block emissive like a magma block or enderman eyes. However, in-game the block remains unlit.

Do I need to do anything additional with the texture or code (I can do some java editing--I'm just really bad at it) to make this work, or am I encountering a bug?

Thank you!

I think there is 3 posibilitys :

1 : It's a bug and you have to redo your block.

2 : You have to put the second texture (the identical texture if you want all the block to glow.

3 : You have to put the "Luminance" to 1.

Sorry if my English is bad I'm French and I hope you understood and you will find a way out of your problem ! ^^
