I am trying to make a pair of shoes as armour, but they are offset too high. (https://imgur.com/a/a0R9ln2) I've tried to move the model in blockbench but that makes no difference in the position on the player. Can someone help?
You need to change the position of the pivot points of the model. You'll have to mess around a bit and see what works best, but basically in your case you need to make them lower.
