Any block I make is able to be broken by hand.

When I make a block in MCreator 1.6.3 (so I can make the mod for 7.10) I make sure to set it to 3 so only Diamond tools are able to break it. When I do this it for some reason is still able to be broken by the players fist. Is there a fix to this, or am I going to have to ducking deal with it?
