Why wont zombies and other mobs that usually burn in sunlight not burn in my new dimension?

I turned on "imitate overworld behavior" and "enable sky light source" and it still wont make them burn. They're spawning in the day. I attached an image. (also yes i am making a sand dimension lol) if the image doesn't work use this link: https://imgur.com/a/BU224oK
