Hey, can I have help with this texture?

So I'm making a mod that adds steel, and there's this kinda texture I want to use for the block, bbut every time I try it doesn't look good at all. If I can have help making this one texture, that'd be great (I'll give you credit in the mod!) (prefferably 16x16 but 20x20 will work as well)
