I'm trying to make a potion of instant fire, it's supposed to light you on fire when it is applied. However, when I use it, nothing happens. what might be the problem?

I use this when the effect is applied
Oh yeah it seems like when you set your effect to be instant it doesn't call any of the events!?
Oh wait the expire event does fire when the effect is instant ??? xD
So ig just use that.
