[SOLVED] The texture of the 3D plant is distorted

I know it may seem very easy to you, but I was working on a 3D plant and I couldn't succeed. Its texture turns into the classic broken minecraft texture and the model is not visible. I tried this a few months ago and was able to do it, but since difficult exams intervened, I don't remember anything I did now. please someone help
