Set enum property block not working

Hello yall, I've been having trouble trying to change a block's state
I have a keybind where when you press the C key, it changes the "face" state to "CEILING" of the block you are looking at.
However, when the code is run, that does not occur
How can I fix this? My code and some screenshots are attached.

This is on version 2024.4
