But when i deal damage "get damage of item in main-hand of Source entity" * 5 to mob, it works like usual damage. But when i deal 10000 damage it works. Why? And also i dont have a knockback with type of damage "generic". How could i dont make any effects and deal usuall damage of my sword * 5?

You can check if the mob is on fire and then do damage
I don't know if this is necessary but you can make a new damage type and put it in a tag which ignores damage cooldown and then use this damage type.
