Mcreator Mod

What Happened

I was making my mod and I accidentaly went back to the mcreator homescreen.

I saw that you could have other workspaces so I clicked on "Workspace 2" to see what happens.

When I went back to my old workspace, everything was gone. I had not created a MCR file as a backup.

I can, however, see all of my elements that I have created on the "Project Browser".

I also have a copy of the mod saved as a Jar file which is pretty recent and i haven't added much since I made it.

Where you come in

I could very much use your help as I am in desperate need to get my mod back.

Thanks

Try exporting the workspace

Try exporting the workspace where they were into a .mcr file and then reinstall MCreator and import it into that new installation. Works most of the time.

No, .zip files are the same

No, .zip files are the same as .jars, they are just a differently compressed file type and are more accessible. If they disappeared from the project browser, then they're probably gone, I'm sorry to say. You could check your installation folder for the mod's files, but if they aren't there, then you'll just have to remake your mod. I thought this was fixed in 1.7.1, but I have had this problem too.
