What do you do if it won't set up?

Sorry if my thing sets up while I'm writing this, but many times before, at either the downloadServer part or decompiling part, it stops. Why? What should I do?

I'm using 1.8.1!

 

I managed to get to deomfMcSRG, I think, then I don't know. It did nothing after that, I think, but stayed at that stage. Now I have to restart...
