How do I make a GUI input so you are only able to put a couple different items in it?

How do I make a GUI input so you are only able to put a couple different items in it?

I am trying to make an item like a furnace that has a GUI with an input and an output slot but for the imput slot only a few different items are allowed to go into it. Right now all I see is that you can make it so only one item can go into it. Thank you for any help!
