What happened?
We unpublish mods, we don't delete them except if they are very very poor pages (description only repetitions of the same sentence to reach the minimal world limit, copyright strikes, content that is not allowed per our TOS, ...).
It could be this, or it was an error on the website. If the latter is the case, we are sorry this happened and I suggest you reupload it.
Sorry, I made a mistake. I forgotten that I deleted it a few weeks ago. :/
