Add option to disable durability on weapons, tools and armor

I want to be able to turn off durability on weapons, armor and tools, so they can have infinite uses like a stick for instance, Just like a standard mod element in the 'item' category. The same would go for armor, with unlimited uses and no durability bar below the item icon.
