Custom crafting station

My mod needs a crafting station that changes food into rot. The fuel is compost, and the GUI should be similar to a hopper, instead there is one extra space for the fuel. The fuel goes into the extra space, and the food goes into the "hopper" part. After 1 to 2 minecraft days, the food turns into rot.
