So, I Want To Have A Custom Enderman Model, But IDK How To Import And There's No Model Selection, Please Could You Also Add Baby Models Along With A Built In Skin Editor For MCreator 2.x.x Or If Possible, 1.8.4?

We offer all models that can be used with any mob type, other models are bound to specific entity types.

To use other models, use external modeler to make your mob model. There are dozens of tutorials on this on our forums and on the YouTube.

I watched a couple tutorials on making custom mob models but in all of them they clicked on a certain button to import their model but its a button i dont have.

Now you go to the resources section in the workspace tab and import the model from there. Then just select the model from the dropdown.

The Only models I get to choose from are Biped, Cow, Chicken, Creeper, Ghast, Pig, Slime, Spider, Villager, Zombie and Silverfish. I want to make a dog mod so is there anyway you can upload a wolf model? Or I made some re textures on a different program, so is there anyway I can place them into Mcreator?

You could use Blockbench to make models for other mobs as it contains templates for most of the mob in Minecraft. Just install a plugin called Bedrock Entity Generator in Blockbench.
