Change how Players see the Overworld

Hi.

Can I change the color that players see on the Overworld. I explain. How can I do that players see the Overworld with a green hue, making an effect of radioactivity.

I hope you understand me and there is a solution.

Create a slightly transparent green texture, and save it as GUI, Overlay, etc.

Create an Overlay element, import the green texture, and you can then add other conditions for it to appear with the Display overlay in-game condition.
