I was trying to fix some bugs and add somethings to my mod then this error

shows to me and i dont know why, i tried everything i saw on the site and other forum but not changed
The things i tried : Gradler delete, reinstall, the site tips (disabling firewall, antivirus)
I have 4 gb ram, 4 CPU Cores (1.86gh/z)... (I have the requeriments)
