How to make coconut like falling block?

ok, so basically i made a coconut block, and i want it to fall down. 

but not all the time like sand, only when the player right clicks it.

and then, when it hits the ground, the falling block disappears (doesn't just place the block back down) and spawns my coconut milk item.

is this possible currently? if so, how??
