How would you make a Custom song play in a biome constantly in Fabric 1.19.4 Minecraft?

I am adding a biome where The Backroom's structure will spawn, so I want my custom sound of an hour-long ambient light buzzing sound to be constantly playing.  How would I make it loop? I know there is a way to add custom ambient sounds but how do you make it loop?
