How do I make an End Portal like structure (with 'keys') to access my Dimension ?

How do I make an End Portal like structure (with 'keys') to access my Dimension ?

I want to add a Dimension to my mod 'Dark Descent' which will be accessed just like the end, via a portal where you put in some keys and then the portal opens up
