How do I do normal ingame drops when using a 3x3 tool? (Resolved)

I am trying to make a mod that adds a variety of tools to the game, so far I've added a sickle for farming, and am looking to add a hammer which can mine a 3x3 square, but I don't know how to get the blocks around the center to act as is their being mined normally (not silk touch), currently when I mine blocks like stone it gives me the stone and not the cobblestone. My mod is on the MCreator 2023.4 version for 1.19 if that helps.
