Item dropped from mobs and heals you but removes itself from your inventory after healing

Trying to create a healing item that is dropped from mobs and can be picked up but instantly heals you 2 hearts and deletes itself after. I tried to see if I can get it to heal me and delete first before trying to get a mob to spawn and drop it but this is the combination I tried but cant figure it out.
