Place part of player skin on armor texture

In the mod I am making I have a chestplate that is supposed to give the player extra arms as a cool visual component. However, I want the armor to mimic the player's skin, so it looks like the arms are actually that players'.

Is there any way to do this, preferably without custom coding, or if coding is needed could someone provide the code?
