Is there a way to change the Block´s texture from a UI button?

Hi, i need some help with Mcreator because i´m new. I want to make a road decoration mod, and i made a GUI in which you would choose the block´s texture. I am not sure how to do that and i dont want to make a procedure for all that. Is there a easier way of doing that?
