Is it possible to render a text on a face of a custom Item Model?

I'm trying to render some text on top of a face of a custom Item Model that I have, but I wasn't able to find anything related to that topic on MCreator's procedures.

Can someone help me with that? I would like to render it exactly how Vazkii does on the Lexicon:

As you can see, it is even translatable.
