How do I make lightning summon when hitting a mob?

If you are making this happen when using a specific weapon/item, under the triggers tab for that item, make a new procedure using the 'When living entity is hit with tool'

In the new procedure, locate the 'Strike lightning at' block in world procedures tab, and add it to the green event trigger and you are done!
