My structures generate on the water

idk why but my structures're generating on the water but i didn't choose it though. it's the newest 2024.1, minecraft neoforge 1.20.4. i can also say that these structures (trees and little flower plains) appear in other biome - river, but i chase that they should generate in my biome high forest. maybe i do something wrong or is this a bug? what should i do? help me please((
