How do I upload mods into bedrock edition?

Help, I made a mod but i've tried to upload it into minecraft behavior packs on bedrock edition, and it never worked.

I tried youtube and it also didn't work. So I've came here to ask you guys how do I upload my mods into bedrock edition?
