Add Option in the Creation Menu of a Forge Mod to use Parchment Mappings instead

What about add an Option to use Parchment Mappings instead in the Creation Menu where you create a new Forge Project.

Due to design of some MCreator internals, using parchment mappings could break those or make them unstable, so currently, we decided to not opt for this
