How to make a custom fence?

So basically I need help with making the different variants of a fence, such as fence corner, end, gate open/closed, fence none, straight, t corner and x corner. Please respond with help! This is one of the only problems I have. (A picture showing what each variant is supposed to look like would be great!) Thank you, from A.J.
