[help] list of mobs

I'm trying to do a mod like nature compass, but insted of biomes, my mod track for mobs, but I'm failing a lot in 2 points

1) Can't do the GUI, I just don't understain how to do that

2) Can't figure how to get the list of mobs on modpack
