Can you install/use just the MCreator Texture editior

I've used to use MCreator and I LOVE its texture editor however now that I have started to get into actual modding I am making many different textures and I tend to be using 2-3 different texture editors and its getting annoying, there aren't many that are similar and if they are, they usually have a feature that you can not toggle that annoys me. I would like to know if there is a port to the texture editor or if there is a similar texture editor out there.
