Hoe enchantment

So i'm working on a mod to add more enchantments, and i wanted to weaponize hoes (bc theyre useless rn). I already added an enchantment that makes them deal crazy damage and reduces their attack speed, but i still want to add more. I want to add an enchantment that basically draws entities towards the player when you hit them (like negative knockback). Is that possible and if yes, how?
