ok bruh dude you literally screwed up the model lmao
you just need to rotate it on blockbench so that the base of the crystal is facing the grid plane thingy
either that or you used the wrong rotation style i'm not sure if d/u/n/s/w/e is the right one
try different rotation styles and see if you like either of them
