Is It Possible to Access the Player's Skin

I am trying to make a mod that is essentially Terraria in the Minecraft style. I know TerrariaCraft exists, but it imitates the style of Terraria, while my mod doesn't (e.g. by using some vanilla Minecraft textures and mechanics). I want to include the Terraria mechanic of choosing your character's gender, or more specifically their secondary sex characteristics and vocal pitch. I want female characters to have breasts in the style of MCA female villagers – a rotated rectangular prism that stands out slightly from the chest – but would need to access the player's skin to texture it. Is that possible in MCreator?
