Topic category: Help with MCreator software
Previously was using 2024.1 as of this morning tried downloading update. It gave me about 10 writing errors when installing the new update. Then after several times of trying to install it, it wont let me revert to 2024.1 without giving me errors now. Is this isolated or is there an issue with the installer?
I had the same problem. I had opened MCreator and later closed it to install 2024.2. The problem is that some MCreator processes are still running in the background. You have to restart your computer to end these background processes then try installing the update again. If this doesn't work I would consider opening a support ticket on the GitHub page.
