Like i said on the Title, Sometimes the transculency bar doesn't show up on the Image Editor!!!
I need to create a bright effect on my block so i duplicated another texture but then the transculency part don't works!
I created another texture then the bar showed up, what's going on?!
The translucency bar only available if you chose "HSV" or "HSL" as the color editor type. The other possible options are swatches, RGB, and another but they do not have a translucency option.
Since there is very little information in your report I can't really say how the bug occurred. I suggest you record a clip of what you did to make it not work and explain what is wrong in it. Alternatively you can write steps to reproduce this issue.
If we go with what PhatBoi68419 said, this is true and I'm already aware of this issue (it is nothing new and is closely related to Java's integrated color chooser). There are plans for a complete remake of the color selection tools in the future that will address this issue.
I have also sometimes noticed a bug where the translucency bar does not appear when opening a pre existing file, such as a copy, or for editing after you made it. I have found that creating a new layer will cause it to reappear.
