[RESOLVED] Procedure for redirect a certain command into another.

What I need for my mod is when players entered this command A, the mod will detect it and neutralize the above command and instead run the command B and give players its effect instead, so I need a way to specify the command and a detection to me it innert and turn to the other command instead. Any contribution is appreciated.
