MCReator remote workspace crashing when I click "setup remote workspace"

When I try to setup a remote workspace, and I enter all the info correctly, its fine until I press "setup remote workspace" where it turns the mouse into the rainbow wheel and makes MCreator stop responding. Why?

I would recommend reporting the bug to the remote workspaces plugin author
