how to make armor break in one hit

Hello, I'm making a mod where I have glass armor, and I want it to break with a hit, since it's glass, but I'm not able to make the armor last a short time. The objective would be to protect a lot but last nothing. Can anyone help? I use version 2024.1 because it was the only one I could use most recently without giving an error
