So when I go to test any of my features, none of them work. I am on forge mcreator 2024.2. I have tried doing a bunch of stuff with tags and changing the feature type but nothing worked. It is in a custom dimension in a custom biome. I figured out it is a problem with the custom biome features because vanilla biomes work fine. How do I fix?

The placement you are using will not work. There are certain requirements on placements.
Either use one of templates or check out and study https://mcreator.net/wiki/how-make-feature#toc-index-8
