i cannot do anything at all in mcreator, it shows an error each time

first time i installed mcreator it worked properly, but then something happened to my pc and it deleted or hid everything and then i download mcreator again and try to make a workspace or open one i get an error of this kind (this error shows when i try to open mcreator's plugin library, when i open a workspace the error would be "page\what-next" instead of plugins). please someone help me on this
