(Fixed Enough) Block not placing in procedure with "place ___ at x: y: z:"

Everything in this is working, except the grass block is not being placed.

The coordinates are correct, the block is at x: 0, y: 60, z: 0

The text is being said in chat, as "0 - 60 - 0"

I don't see what is wrong, I've also tried replacing the block instead of just placing it.

Edit: I just added a delay of 1 tick, and it works that way
