2022.2 Can't run client with Other Mods. "Missing mandatory dependencies: forge"

I am trying to run my Farmer's Delight addon with other mods (Farmer's Delight and AppleSkin) in the mods folder in the workspace, but it always fails.
I always get this in the console:
